RATES & DELIVERY TIMES (Australia Wide)

Standard shipping in Australia is $20.00 for all orders.

Your order will be delivered in 2-7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. 

Please note: we only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large or heavy orders.

Delivery services are currently experiencing delays due to increased volumes across the country and also workforce capacity constraints.

Please allow an additional 3-4 business days on top of the usual delivery times and remember you can track your delivery status via the link in your confirmation email.

International Orders are sent via Australia Post International Parcels, and delivery is typically 5 – 25 business days, depending on your location.

Once shipped you will be notified by email and provided a tracking number if applicable.

AUSTRALIA POST / SENDLE

Deliveries by Australia Post / Sendle can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.

International Deliveries can be sent to any residential or business address via Australia Post.

All courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We will endeavor to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however, we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post / Sendle. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Dee-Licious obligations in relation to the delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.
