4 fish fillets or cutlets

2 tbs tamarind pulp or paste

2 tbs Sri Lankan Dark Roasted Curry Powder

2 cloves garlic, grated

1 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbs Sri Lankan Roasted chilli powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for deep frying
Directions
This fish recipe is an amazing addition to lunch or dinner. Marinated with Sri Lankan Dark Roasted Curry Powder and deep fried.
You can also pan-fry, grill, or bake the fish fillets.
Directions
- Heat the oil.
- Mix the tamarind pulp, roasted curry powder, grated garlic, grated ginger, chilies powder, salt, and pepper. Add water if the marinade is too thick.
- Add the fish fillets and marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Once the oil is hot add the fish fillets, to the hot oil and fry until it is cooked.
