1 cup chickpea flour

½ tsp baking powder

1/4 cup coarsely chopped coriander

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 to 1 tsp Chillie powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

½ cup breadcrumbs

Directions
This is a great snack addition to your next gathering. Crunchy, crispy, and spicy little flavor bomb!
Directions
- Place chickpea flour, baking powder, coriander, cumin powder, chili powder, and turmeric powder in a large bowl. Add about 150 -160ml water and make a thick batter. Season with salt.
- Heat the oil in a pan, once the oil is ready, dip the cauliflower florets into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs. Then separately drop them into the hot oil, using a spoon. Do not overcrowd the pan, cook until crisp/ golden brown.
- Place cauliflower in a serving bowl and drizzle with your choice of sauce.
